Bacon Salt Scrambled Eggs
I love bacon so much that I used to make bacon and scramble my eggs in bacon grease. This recipe, however, is actually better tasting and better for you. I guarantee you'll never want to eat scrambled eggs any other way.
- 4 to 6 eggs
- Splash of milk
- Bacon Salt - whatever's your favorite, I prefer Original in this
The most important part of this recipe is to mix the Bacon Salt into the eggs as you whisk them. With Original in particular, you can be generous without oversalting it - said one guest (a gourmet salt aficionado) "this is so good, it would be hard to overdo it."
Cook over medium-high heat, serve and dig in!
